Appointment & Cancellation Policy
As a small business, each appointment is carefully reserved especially for you. If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice.
I completely understand that illness and genuine emergencies happen. Please just let me know as soon as possible and we can rearrange your appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% charge. Missed appointments without notice will require full payment before any future bookings can be made.
