Welcome , I’m Natasha Curtis, the founder, and the hands, behind The Beauty Spot Verwood.

I’ve always been local to the area and moved to Verwood around 30 years ago, setting up home with my husband and our newest family member, Burt the Shih Tzu 🐾. Burt can often be found burying bones in the garden or basking in the sunshine, always keeping a close eye on me! He’s also the perfect doorbell, letting me know when you’ve arrived.

 I established The Beauty Spot Verwood after working in the nail and beauty industry for over 35 years. Most of my training was completed at Bournemouth and Poole College, where I achieved my NVQ Level 3 in Advanced Beauty Therapy. At the age of 16, I began my career in one of the very first nail salons in Dorset and quickly discovered my passion for all things nails and beauty. From there, I worked in high-end salons across Dorset, continuously developing my skills and training. 

In 2011, I decided to create my own dedicated garden sanctuary, a private salon space where I could focus 100% on each client. This peaceful setting allows me to give you my full attention and create a safe, welcoming space where you can truly relax.

My aim is always to provide a little calm in the chaos of everyday life. I offer a wide range of treatments, from your regular maintenance appointments to indulgent, spa-like experiences, designed to leave you feeling refreshed and looked after.

I’m passionate about researching new products and treatments, staying up to date with the latest trends, and continually training to enhance my skills. I pride myself on attention to detail and a commitment to perfection in all I do, ensuring that every client remembers their time here for all the right reasons ❤️
